Scottish Fair Trade is recruiting for two new roles to help grow and re-energise the Fair Trade movement across Scotland.

We’re looking for a Communications & Engagement Officer and a Youth Coordinator (Glasgow) to join our small, ambitious team at an exciting moment for our work.

These roles will play a key part in delivering our current priorities, including strengthening youth engagement, building momentum around global justice issues, and supporting a more creative, future-facing Fair Trade movement.

The Communications & Engagement Officer will lead our digital presence and public engagement, helping to grow our reach and bring campaigns like Swap the System to life.

The Youth Coordinator will lead a new Fair Trade Youth Collective in Glasgow, working directly with young people to build skills, co-create campaigns, and support the next generation of Fair Trade leaders.

Both roles offer a four-day working week, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, values-driven work focused on global justice.
