The Annual General Meeting of Scottish Fair Trade will take place online on 9 September 2025 at 6pm. Please register to attend here. The link to the online meeting will be sent to those who have registered nearer the date of the meeting.
Board Nominations
Nominations are invited from members only for the Scottish Fair Trade Board. Any contested elections to the Board will be decided by ballot. Nominations will close at 12 noon, Thursday, 21 August 2025. Results will be announced at the Scottish Fair Trade AGM on Tuesday, 9 September 2025.
The number of positions to be filled in each category is as follows

Individual (2 vacancies)
Small Business/Organisation and Groups (1 vacancy)
Medium Business/Organisation (3 vacancies)
Large Business/Organisation (3 vacancies)
Nominating a Candidate
Current members only are allowed to nominate, represent, and vote for Board representation from their own membership category. Successful nominees will join existing Board Members. To receive a nomination form, please email info@scottishfairtrade.org. All members did receive the nomination forms for their category and an email about the AGM, on Wednesday 30 July. Completed candidate nomination forms should be sent to info@scottishfairtrade.org by Thursday, 21 August 2025.
