Small Grants to Support your Campaigning
Our small grants for community Fair Trade projects have funded school competitions, bake sales, Fair Trade stalls, campaigning at the Scottish Parliament and much more.
In 2025, priority will be given to projects that aim to ensure widespread awareness of Fair Trade, including awareness of Scotland’s status as a Fair Trade Nation and our collective responsibility in maintaining this status. We’d love to see more awareness raising among younger people that involve innovative ways of promoting the link between Fair Trade, global justice and climate justice.
We have £1,500 available for your projects this year. If you have a Fair Trade project in mind, you could be eligible for up to £250 towards your project costs. The funding awarded at each round will depend on the number of applications we receive.
How To Apply
Fair Trade Community Grant
If you would like to apply, please download and complete the application form and email it to admin@scottishfairtrade.org by the following application deadlines: 31st January, 30th April, 31st August.
Please allow four weeks after the application deadline to be notified of the outcome of your application and for any grants to be paid to successful applicants.
We ask grant recipients to complete a short evaluation form following completion of your project.
